All the offers of the Home Company are for free. You do not have to pay any fee in advance. Only who decides to rent one of the offered rooms or apartments has to pay a commission that depends on the rent and the duration of the renting period.
 
 
 
 

In case you rent an apartment for a period until thre month, the commission is including in the rental fee. Up from 4 months or longer, you get an offer, which is divided in rental- and commission fee.
1 months=28 % of one month's rent
2 months=45 % of one month's rent
3 months=55 % of one month's rent
4 months=65 % of one month's rent
5 months=75 % of one month's rent
6 months=85 % of one month's rent
7 months=95 % of one month's rent
8 months or more=100 % of one month's rent

  
 
 
 
The highest fee to pay is maximum 100 %, even when the renting period will be more than eight months. Naturally it is possible to rent an accomodation for three months to begin with and then decide to go on with the renting. If you would like to extend the initially planned renting period or to finish it before the originally fixed time, normally it is enough to inform the Home Company Firenze and the landlord / landlady with four weeks' notice.
  
     
 
f you would like to extend your stay in the rented room or apartment you only have to pay the difference between the already paid comission and the new fee for the longer period. For example: If you have already paid 55 % of one month's rent for three months and you would like to go on for another two months, you only have to pay another 20 % of one month's rent to the Home Company

Sämtliche unserer Angebote sind völlig frei und unverbindlich. Eine Vorabgebühr wird nicht erhoben. Lediglich wer sich entscheidet eine der angebotenen Unterkünfte anzumieten bezahlt eine Provision, die sich nach der Höhe der Kaltmiete und der Mietdauer richtet. Die Provisionsregelung entspricht dabei den Sätzen der deutschen Mitwohnzentralen.
  
 
 
  
 

Bei einer Mietdauer bis zu drei Monaten ist die Provision in der Miete enthalten. .Bei einer Miete von einer Dauer von 4 Monten oder laenger, erhalten Sie ein Mietangebot , dass sich aus Mietzsins und Provison zusammensetzt.

Die Provisionsstaffelung entnehemen Sie bitte aus der nachfolgend aufgefuehrten Tabelle

Der Höchstsatz der Provision beträgt maximal 100 %, auch wenn die Mietdauer acht Monate überschreitet. Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, eine Unterkunft erst einmal für drei Monate anzumieten und dann gegebenfalls zu verlängern.
  
 
 
 
Eine eventuelle Verlängerung oder Verkürzung der ursprünglich vorgesehenen Mietdauer muß allerdings in der Regel vier Wochen vorher der Mi(e)twohnzentrale mitgeteilt werden. Wird die Mietdauer verlängert, muß lediglich die Differenz zwischen dem bereits bezahlten Provisionssatz und dem neuen Provisionssatz bezahlt werden.
  
 
 
 
Wer also zum Beispiel für drei Monate bereits 55 % der Kaltmiete als Provision bezahlt hat und nun um weitere zwei Monate verlängert, muß weitere 20 % der Kaltmiete als Vermittlungsgebühr an die Mi(e)twohnzentrale bezahlen.
